We are not a financial adviser, broker, dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary of any kind. No information published on this Site constitutes the establishment of any advisory, client, or professional relationship between you and Protocol Signal.
2. No Financial or Investment Advice
All content published on Protocol Signal — including but not limited to protocol reviews, ratings, comparisons, fee breakdowns, risk assessments, and educational guides — is provided solely for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on this Site constitutes, or should be construed as:
- Financial, investment, legal, tax, or regulatory advice;
- A recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any cryptocurrency, token, digital asset, or financial instrument;
- An endorsement of any protocol, platform, or product featured on this Site;
- A guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented.
You must conduct your own independent due diligence and consult a qualified financial or legal professional before making any financial decisions. Cryptocurrency investments carry substantial risk of loss. Past performance or ratings published on this Site are not indicative of future results.
3. Affiliate and Referral Disclosure
Protocol Signal participates in affiliate and referral programs. When you click certain links on this Site and subsequently register for or use a third-party platform or service, we may earn a commission or referral fee from that platform at no additional cost to you.
You should be aware that:
- Affiliate compensation may influence the placement, visibility, or emphasis given to certain protocols within our content;
- The existence of an affiliate relationship does not constitute an endorsement of the quality, safety, or suitability of any listed protocol or service;
- We do not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or result from using any protocol or service featured on this Site;
- Our editorial opinions and risk assessments are prepared independently and are not subject to review or approval by any affiliated third party.
A comprehensive description of our affiliate relationships is available on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
4. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
This Site contains links to third-party websites, protocols, decentralized applications ("dApps"), and blockchain networks that are not owned, operated, or controlled by Protocol Signal. Your interaction with any third-party service, including but not limited to depositing funds, executing transactions, providing liquidity, or bridging assets, is conducted entirely at your own risk.
Protocol Signal expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability for:
- Financial losses of any nature arising from your use of a third-party protocol or platform;
- Hacks, exploits, or security breaches affecting third-party smart contracts or infrastructure;
- Smart contract failures, bugs, or unexpected behavior;
- Platform insolvency, rug pulls, or fraudulent conduct by third-party operators;
- Liquidity failures, oracle manipulation, or liquidation events;
- Any other adverse outcome resulting from interacting with a third-party protocol referenced on this Site.
We do not control, audit, or verify the security, accuracy, or integrity of any third-party platform. References to protocols on this Site do not imply that we have reviewed or verified their smart contract code, legal status, or ongoing operations.
5. Cryptocurrency Risk Disclosure
Interacting with cryptocurrency protocols involves substantial and complex risks, including but not limited to:
- Smart Contract Risk: Vulnerabilities or bugs in smart contract code can result in partial or total loss of deposited funds;
- Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices can fluctuate dramatically in short periods, resulting in significant losses;
- Liquidity Risk: Markets may become illiquid, preventing timely execution of transactions at expected prices;
- Regulatory Uncertainty: The regulatory status of cryptocurrencies and DeFi protocols is subject to change in many jurisdictions and may adversely affect your ability to use these services;
- Leverage and Liquidation Risk: Using leveraged positions can result in losses exceeding your initial capital;
- Bridge and Cross-Chain Risk: Cross-chain transfers carry additional risks, including bridge exploits and loss of funds in transit;
- Total Loss of Funds: You may lose the entirety of any capital you deploy in DeFi protocols.
You acknowledge that you understand these risks and that you assume full responsibility for any funds you deploy based on information obtained from this Site.
6. User Responsibility
By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to engage with cryptocurrency-related content and services;
- You will conduct your own independent research and due diligence before making any financial or transactional decisions;
- You are solely responsible for all decisions you make in connection with any protocol, platform, or asset referenced on this Site;
- You will not rely on content published on this Site as the sole or primary basis for any financial decision;
- You understand that the information on this Site may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and you will verify all material information independently.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and all content, materials, and information provided herein are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Protocol Signal expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
- Any warranty that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
- Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or suitability of any content or information published on the Site;
- Any warranty that the Site will meet your requirements or expectations.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is asserted, even if Protocol Signal has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. No Professional Relationship
Your use of this Site does not create any professional, advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or client relationship between you and Protocol Signal. We are not your financial adviser, attorney, accountant, or broker. No communication or content on this Site — including any email correspondence to or from us — shall be construed as establishing such a relationship.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration institution, with proceedings to be conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent Protocol Signal from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
